CHANGES
Changes can be made within 14 working days from the day you receive your parcel. The change is made with products of equal or greater value.No changes or returns are accepted on products sold in promotions of more than 50%.
In case of change, you send us back the parcel, having completed the return form sent with your order. The shipping costs for changes are 5 euros.
Any return is made exclusively via ELTA Courier.
If you make your return with any other courier company it is at your own risk and charge.
The product must be in perfect condition, as received and the special markings (tags/barcode) must not have been removed. For hygiene reasons, no changes to underwear, swimwear and accessories are allowed.
